Dalal Essa

As a recent University graduate, Dalal joined the KMS team as an intern in the marketing department. After her internship concluded, she became an official member of the KMS team.  Her education in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis provides her with the ability to be flexible in different work environments and quick to learn new skills. With her time as an intern, Dalal learned more about the manufacturing industry, the impact marketing has on smaller businesses, and to push the boundaries of creativity and creation.  

Her previous experiences working with small businesses include a local dental office and being a part of the small team of communication interns at UMKC. For her future, she hopes to continue working with small businesses and making an impact in local communities in Kansas. In her free time, she enjoys being with her large extended family, playing video games, and loves to play soccer when the weather calls for it.
