Donovan Hensley

Donovan Hensley is the Chief Operating Officer for Kansas Manufacturing Solutions. In his role, he is responsible for the daily operational functions and ensuring KMS has the ability to execute its strategic plan.
Donovan has been involved in manufacturing for more than 30 years. He has worked on factory floors, held executive leadership roles, and operated his own consulting business. His strong depth of manufacturing and leadership experience provide him the ability to ensure the KMS team is effectively solving the problems their manufacturing clients are experiencing.
Donovan attended Fort Scott Community College, Texas Tech University, and is a graduate of Missouri State University. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and fishing.
